It’s damn freezing in eastern washington and we need a hot sandwich to warm our bellies. I’m callin’ in my roommate Josh for some help in the kitchen. We’re makin’ cheesesteaks!
We picked up a 4 lb. roast and rubbed it down with some Tom Douglas Beef Rub With Love. Nothin’ wrong with leftovers.
Butter some rolls and proceed to broil. Butter… Butter… Butter…
After about an hour in our Ronco our roast was cooked to perfection.
A thick slab of pepper jack cheese and a handful of grilled onions and peppers. It’s dinner time. Two please!
