Pesto Pretzel Burger

The classic burger is always great, but we like trying new things. Things that are, well… A little different.

Homemade pretzel rolls for buns? Sounds like a good base for our burger!

Quarter pound 80/20 beef patties. Seasoned with just salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Sometimes less is more.

Sautéed mushrooms, sweet onions and basil.

Bottom bun – Double Creamed Brie Cheese – Beef Patty – Sautéed veggies – Pesto Spread – Top Bun

The burger hit every taste bud you could imagine. Rich, creamy, sweet, juicy and crunchy. “Nough said!
